The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance hosts De-Sex in the City clinics - free spay/neuter clinics for cats and dogs who live in the city of Harrisburg - every other month at the Mt. Pleasant Hispanic/American Center on Allison Hill. They are a terrific success and have proven to be a much needed service to the residents and their pets.

CPAA is working with Castaway Critters and Dr. Tariq for innercity cat surgeries through Operation CatNip. CPAA is grateful to partner with several other participating veterinarians including VCA West Shore Veterinary Clinic, Tri-County Animal Hospital, and Noah's Ark Animal Hospital.
