The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3), all-volunteer organization dedicated to creating a no-kill community for companion animals. We promote spay/neuter assistance, adoptions, and educating the community on responsible pet ownership.

Your donation today helps us continue the vital work of helping animals in need. Every dollar makes a difference. You can mail a donation using a check or money order to: CPAA, 180 Walden Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 or make a secure donation on-line using one of the buttons below.

The Cari Stailey Memorial Emergency Medical Fund

The animal rescue community suffered a loss on October 5, 2014 with the tragic death of Cari Stailey, age 32, of Etters. Cari was a graduate of Red Land High School and worked as an Insurance Administrator for Eric Unger, DDS, Mechanicsburg.

Cari was the proud mom of two rescued dogs, Rondo and Brinn.  Cari lived for Rondo and Brinn; they were like her children, and she spared no expense for them. Sadly, Brinn passed away in Cari’s arms a few weeks before Cari was killed. Cari will be remembered by all who loved her as a giving, lovely person with a huge heart. She was always trying to make the world a better place for those who were less fortunate.

In memory of Cari, CPAA has named its Emergency Medical Fund in her memory. This fund helps to pay the medical bills for stray or abandoned dogs and cats with severe injuries or illnesses, who are rescued by CPAA or its member rescues.
