CPAA Programs

The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3), all-volunteer organization dedicated to creating a no-kill community for companion animals. We promote spay/neuter assistance, adoptions, and educating the community on responsible pet ownership.

Your donation today helps us continue the vital work of helping animals in need. Every dollar makes a difference. You can mail a donation using a check or money order to CPAA, 1802 Silver Pine Circle, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 or make a secure donation on-line using one of the buttons below.

Spay/Neuter Fund
Helping to fund surgeries for animals in the care of our rescue partners, as well as members of the community
   
Emergency Medical Fund
Providing emergency funds to our rescue partners to help them afford vital surgeries for the animals in their care.
   
HOPE (Hounds of Prison Education) Pairing needy dogs with inmates for training and behavioral rehabilitation so the dogs can move on to be adopted.
Helping Hounds
Hounds of Prison Education (HOPE) Program has developed a program in an effort to help more dogs find second chances by training homeless dogs to become psychiatric service dogs for veterans living with post traumatic stress disorder.

Providing free and low-cost surgeries for dogs and cats in urban areas of Central Pennsylvania

Pawsitive Alternatives
Pawsitive Alternatives will pair foster homes with professional trainers to help guide them down the difficult path of helping a dog recover from severe trauma, abuse and/or neglect.
